Andrey Lavrentyev

Future Technology Researcher

Andrey Lavrentyev is a Head of Technology Research Department, Future Technologies, Kaspersky Lab.  His current researches interests are connected with data-driven approach to the cyber-security of cyber-physical systems, machine learning, deep neural networks, spiking neural networks, cognitive systems.

He received his PhD in theoretical psychics in 1997 from Lomonosov Moscow State University. He works for Kaspersky Lab since 2010 and was responsible for endpoint security technologies. Since 2013 he is responsible for cyber security technology research for Industrial Control Systems and Internet of Things.
