Matt Franz

DevOps Team Leader

With two decades of of security and technology experience, Matt has served three tours in ICS Security: first as a researcher in Cisco’s Critical Infrastructure Assurance Group followed by consulting roles at Digital Bond and SAIC. Matt has the dubious honor of being the first to work through a coordinated ICS vulnerability disclosure with two ICCP stack vulnerabilities back in 2006.

Since 2011, his focus has been in the development and delivery of cloud services in both consumer and enterprise SaaS products. At Mandiant, he founded and led the Cloud Operations team that launched the FireEye Threat Analytics Platform (TAP). From 2014 to 2017, Matt was the Director of Sentinel Service Operations within Gemalto (formerly SafeNet) Software Monetization BU, where he was responsible for software licensing cloud and managed services. There,  he worked closely with hardware and software vendors along their journey from hardware to software and cloud delivery.

In September 2017, he joined PhishMe, where he currently serves as Vice President, Production Engineering.
